brand-new TOEFL® material
Macmillan English Campus is delighted to announce the introduction of TOEFL® test material for all our users.
 As an online learning resource, the Macmillan English Campus is able to deliver regular updates of its content and functionality for the benefit of all its users. These updates demonstrate our commitment to the highest standards of pedagogy.
This month we are delighted to announce a substantial new content update – 195 brand new TOEFL® resources. These resources have been developed by the Macmillan English Campus Editorial team in partnership with Educational Testing Service (ETS).

Why have we introduced this new TOEFL® content?
The Test of English as a Foreign Language™ (TOEFL) is an academic English test used by more than 6,000 colleges, universities and licensing agencies in 110 countries. It measures the ability of non-native speakers of English to communicate using their reading, listening, speaking and writing skills in combination.
The new TOEFL® exercises on the Macmillan English Campus provide practice for the kind of language and item types encountered in the paper-based, computer-based, and Internet-based TOEFL® tests.
What is the new TOEFL® content?
Institutions using the Macmillan English Campus will have access to 195 brand new exercises, ranging from listening exercises (dialogues, conversations and mini-lectures) to reading and writing exercises.
All of this new TOEFL® content has been specially developed by the Macmillan English Campus Editorial team to provide the optimum experience of working online.
Exercises focus on a variety of language skills, including:

reading and understanding general points and specific details in a conversation;

answering multiple-choice questions based on a textual comprehension exercise;

error identification and sentence completion in a series of non-contextualized sentences.
What does this mean for institutions using the Macmillan English Campus?
The introduction of this new content provides a unique offering for institutions using the Macmillan English Campus.
The exercises have been taken from original content licensed to Macmillan English Campus by ETS. Macmillan English Campus is the only publishing company that ETS has partnered with to produce this type of content.
The new content is available now for all users of the British English and American English editions of the Macmillan English Campus.
